Briannah Jacques- Patient Care Coordinator
With five years of experience in nephrology and eight years in healthcare, Briannah is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and support to patients. She coordinates all new patient consults, manages appointment scheduling, and is cross-trained to assist patients in nearly every aspect of their care.

With five years of healthcare experience, including one year in nephrology, Teresa is the bilingual front office coordinator at KCNM. She assists patients with outpatient services, supports the team as a medical assistant, and is dedicated to going above and beyond to ensure every patient feels cared for.
